Fathers - some of us have them and some of us don't. Is this the reason so many men are piss poor? Ding, ding, ding, hell yes! Hey, I know there are plenty of single mothers out there raising boys and girls to become good, honest productive members of society. Although that is a wonderful factor of strong women handling their business, this is about the men. So for any of the fellas reading this pay good attention.
I am tired of excuses, like grown men using the fact that they didn't have a father or a father figure to enable them to be irresponsible asses. I do feel having a male presence is a strong contributing factor to the starting role of being a man, but where does the cycle end? "Oh my dad wasn't around so why should I take care of my kids, or pay child support or even marry the woman I've gotten pregnant?" Now don't take this as me saying that when you have a relationship with a woman and she becomes pregnant that you have to marry here. That has a lot to do with your own personal morals and beliefs. I am saying that a man needs to step up and takes care of his responsibilities, no question. If your man enough to create a situation you need to be man enough to own up to it.
A father is a man willing to do whatever it takes to provide for his family and can tell his children without question that he loves them. He is willing to put his life on the line to
protect his family. If you can't do those things when it comes to your family than take a look in your mirror and check your man card. In the fine print it should say "In case you've just realized your over the age of twenty, live with your mother, have kids you don't take care of and are living off some woman who doesn't realize that you ain't shit, please turn this in to receive your punk ass card!" When you go drop that off a real man will be there to ridicule and embarrass you.

I agree my brother in Christ. I love to hear a man pour out his heart and be real and honest. We need that more in this life. This is what we are missing in the body of Christ is people being real. Thanks brother for pouring out your heart...
