I guess I should start by saying I made somewhat of a mistake. Here lately I have been playing online more than I ever have because some great people I've meet through AGE. I started to play more COD4 even with the general public and it's been fun. I let my confidence get high and decided for the first time to try and play Madden 08 online with someone from the general public. Why did I do that? Late into the 2nd quarter the person I was playing hadn't said a word, I was winning 3 to 0. I called a play on 3rd down that resulted in a 4th, in turn the wonderful individual decided to curse me and ridicule my play calling decision. Therefore I just turned my system off. Here is my question to the good members of AGE, WTF? I mean really have we devolved so much in our interpersonal relationships that this wonderful thing called anonymity causes the ass located deep inside someone's personality to be revealed in large doses? I understand frustration, anger and all those other wonderful emotions that most of us have but at some point we all must remember it's a game. Tell me what y'all think.

You are correct. It is just a game! I dont know why people take things seriously like that. That is the main reason why I have not gotten online to play. The other is time. I use my game for enjoyment. I would not enjoy if I lose ALL the time or get berated.
